You just get off of your pretty butt and do what you must do. I am kidding.

Well, it’s not always easy to motivate oneself. Some days we wake up and feel as though we are on top of the world and other days, we feel like we don’t even want to get out of bed. Hey! We’re not supposed to feel good every single day or we would not be humans. There are reasons why we feel lousy sometimes. It’s not because we’re weak and unable to handle our own lives. Let’s face it. Life is not always perfect. Sometimes, we may have to face disappointments. At the end of the day, it’s really how we handle the tough days that matter.

Whether we are motivated once a month or every day. We must appreciate all of the days of our lives. The good, the though and the ugly. Because only through the lousy days are we able to appreciate the good days.

Welcome back to the Island. Yeah man!

I also wrote a book of inspirational poems entitled:”I Will Touch The Sun.” Don’t worry! I don’t plan to forsake your best friend, Tilou. She will soon be back on a sequel to “Crying Mountain.” The saga will continue. Meanwhile, I want you to enjoy those beautiful pictures and encouraging words.

This one I have attached to this blog is my favorite. It always make me feel good inside. It might also work for you. You never know. Try it and listen to your heart. Does it work? Let me know.
